Ilia State University announces a call for applications for one Ph.D. student position in the doctoral program within the partnership between Georg-August-University of Göttingen and Ilia State University. The discipline is Religious and Cultural Studies.
The joint doctoral program gives Ph.D. students from various scientific fields the opportunity to pursue their doctoral projects within a structured Cotutelle-based framework and obtain a Ph.D. degree by each of the two universities. Funding granted by the German VolkswagenStiftung and the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia allows the allocation of a full scholarship to the Ph.D. student.
Applications must be submitted by e-mail to: doctoralschool@iliauni.edu.ge by the end of the application deadline. Please indicate “Religious and Cultural Studies” in the subject line.
The application deadline is June 10, 2019, 18:00 Georgian time (GET).
The English language exam at ISU, for those applicants who cannot present a sufficient proof of English language proficiency with their application, will take place on June 14, 2019, from 12:00 to 14:00 in auditorium E-209
