The role of the mentor can be:
- Sharing experience in teaching, research, dissertation work
- Sharing experience about working on a scientific article
- Support in obtaining information
- Overcoming personal difficulties
- Promoting work-life balance
- Finding contacts, social networks
- Giving advice on different aspects of doctoral life.
- Facilitate the relationship with the scientific supervisor
- Sharing different resources, etc.
Each Mentor will be working with 2-3 doctoral students. Monthly meetings during the 6 moth period will be held face to face or online, via zoom platform.
Mentoring programme will start to operating from Autumn Semester 2022.
