STUDENTS’ CONSULTING CENTER

ISU’s one of the structural units is the PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING CENTER– which offers services free of charge, namely, a series of psychological counseling sessions for such widespread problems as: Anxiety, mood related problems, different kinds of fear, relationship problems, stress related difficulties

Psychological Counseling Center of Ilia State University offers free individual and group counseling to students in the following areas:

• Emotion Regulation Group;
• Social Competence Improvement Group;
• Mindfulness-Based Stress Regulation Program (MBSR);
• Stress Management Group;
• Individual Counseling.
